¿Quién es?

Soy profesora titular del ESE, donde también soy Directora Académica del ESE y Directora del Centro Trabajo y Familia (www.ese.cl/ctf). Obtuve mi Doctorado y Master of Science en el IESE Business School de la Universidad de Navarra. También soy colaboradora del ICWF del IESE con los que realizo diferentes investigaciones sobre Balance Trabajo y Familia, Trayectoria y Liderazgo Femenino.

Participo también en el directorio de BBosch S.A y en el consejo de USEC. 

Me interesa el estudio de Balance Trabajo y Familia, desde la perspectiva del impacto del líder y cómo esto impacta en el bienestar de las personas, las familias, la empresa y la sociedad. El balance trabajo y familia tiene muchos impactos, uno de ellos es en la productividad de las empresas, la salud de los empleados, entre otros, pero también afecta directamente el liderazgo femenino, ya que unas de las explicaciones para la baja participación de mujeres en el mercado laboral, es la crisis de cuidad. Es por esto, que desde el Centro Trabajo y Familia, estudiamos el impacto que tiene el balance desde diferentes ángulos.
